Covid -19 Updates
Esthete Dental LLP reserves the right of admission for treatments & consultations. Treatments can be denied on grounds of the patient not passing temperature & blood oxygen saturation checks conducted at the clinic.
Online Treatment Purchases
Any treatments purchased online can be claimed by the primary account holder only with the consent of our Clinical Head. Unused credits can be used by your immediate family if necessary, within 1 year of credit/ plan purchase.
Denial of Treatment
A treatment can be denied to a patient if our Doctor deems them unfit for that particular treatment. In such cases, treatments that are part of plans/ packages will not be refunded. Refunds will be done for individual treatment purchases.
Cancellation
Purchased items can be cancelled online or by contacting the clinic within 24 hours of the purchase. Treatments deemed unfit for a patient by our Doctor, will be auto cancelled and refunded within 7 working days.
Rescheduling
You can request to reschedule an appointment upto until 12Â hours of the booking. Rescheduling will be done based on availability.
Corporate
Corporate Plans are billed to the Corporate Entities only. Corporate plan members cannot claim group plan benefits upon termination of their employment from the companies.
